By accessing and using the fixme.vn website, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:
1. Pricing & Stock: Product prices on the website are subject to change without notice. Stock information is updated automatically but may not be accurate at the time of order. We will confirm within 24 hours.
2. Warranty: All parts are warranted from 1-12 months depending on the product type. Warranty does not cover damage from drops, liquid exposure, or unauthorized disassembly by third parties.
3. Returns & Exchanges: Factory-defective products can be exchanged within 7 days. Used/installed products cannot be returned. Loose parts may be exchanged within 3 days if seals and packaging are intact.
4. Repairs: Repair services are performed by professional technicians. Repair time ranges from 30 minutes to 3 days depending on damage severity. Cost is quoted before work begins.
5. Payment: We accept cash, bank transfer, and MoMo/ZaloPay. Full prepayment is required for special-order parts.
6. Limitation of liability: Fixme Vietnam is not liable for indirect damages or improper use of products. Maximum liability is limited to the value of the product/service paid.
